I must say that this idea is partially right. The actual idea behind losing weight is to reduce the intake of calories. If you eat low-calorie food, you will never put on fat because it is calorie that counts than the quantity of food you are eating. Reduce weight by planning Diet (1850 calories for Males and 1250 calories). This Diet Chart is made for the people who are heading towards being “Overweight” or is actually overweight (1200calories for male and 1000calories for female). This is the Chart:
Tea Time: In the morning, you need to take tea or Coffee (without sugar). Or instead you can drink Skimmed Milk/Health drinks and sweet less Biscuits such as Cream Cracker. Avoid sugar and this would help you to lose weight.
Breakfast: For Breakfast, you can eat Chapattis/ Bread, Vegetable Curry prepared out of very small percentage of oil. No Ghee or Butter is allowed. You can also eat fruits and vegetables like Sour-Curd.
Lunch: Your meal should consists of boiled rice ( Male- 75gm and Female 45 gm), lots of green vegetables, boiled pulses, Baked fish or Chicken stew to fill the appetite.
Evening: The meal should be very very light like fried-rice, fruits, sugar free and oil free low-calorie food.
Dinner: Your meal should consists of boiled rice ( Male- 75gm and Female 45 gm), lots of green vegetables, boiled pulses, Baked fish or Chicken stew to fill the appetite.
Please avoid eating oil, sweets, ghee, butter and other milk products. Milk Products are likely to add/increase fat percentage to your body. Follow the Above diet chart according to your physical requirements..like for example if you are heading towards overweight, just follow this above mentioned chart but if you are already over weight, please reduce the daily intake calorie in respect to your weight. If you are overweight, then eat boiled rice (50gm for male and 30gm for female).
